Roundtables

Most conference sessions end right when things get interesting. Our Roundtables are designed to do the opposite.

We’ve created a “no-fly zone” for sales pitches and scripted presentations. Instead, you’ll join a hand-picked group of 10 senior peers for two days of honest, off-the-record conversation.

How it works: The same group meets twice. On Day One, we map out the real-world mess—the constraints and the shared headaches. On Day Two, we get into the “how”—the trade-offs, the budgets, and what it actually takes to move the needle. Because we use Chatham House Rules, you can talk about what’s failing just as much as what’s working. It isn’t just networking; it’s a group of people who “get it” helping each other solve the same problems.

What’s in it for you:

  • The best seats

A full 2-day VIP pass with front-row seating and a ticket to the Airport Honour Awards in the evening.

  • The inner circle

We start early with a Day 0 (10 November) mixer at the Rome Airport Innovation Centre and keep the connection alive post-event via a private WhatsApp group and two follow-up virtual sessions.

  • The intelligence

You’ll get a concise 3-page summary of your table's insights and early access to our Airport Trends Report.

What we need from you:

  • Both days

You’re part of a cohort, so we need you there for both 60-minute sessions.

  • Real talk

Bring your actual challenges to the table, not the polished PR version.

  • The network

Help us spread the word and keep the WhatsApp group high-value and spam-free.
