We publish content every day on our website, or as digital documents in a range of easy-to use formats, such as PDFs and graphics, or as high-quality print periodicals. Our magazine and web content is currently free when you fill in a simple form asking for basic details and your interests and contact preferences. We hope it never comes to this, but if we do discover that you have breached these terms in any way or you have demonstrated any inappropriate conduct, such as offensive posts or sharing passwords, we have the right to the following actions:
– Warn you and ask you to stop
– Cancel your subscription and access to our website and all other materials
– Take measures from restricting you and others from your organisation from using the site.
Payment must be received on registration and we will accept card payment via the Ticket Tailor website.
Cancellations must be in writing to [email protected]. Cancellations received up to 28 days before the event will be subject to an administration charge of 50% of the registration fee. It is regretted that cancellations made after this time will require payment of the full registration fee. A change of attendee may be made at any time.
If the event is postponed, cancelled or changed, Russell Publishing Ltd is not liable for any costs incurred by delegates in connection with their attendance. No refunds of the registration fee will be paid if events outside the control of Russell Publishing Ltd, such as transport disruption, weather, terrorism or any other incidents of force majeure occur leading to the cancellation or disruption of the Conference.
Event fees include entrance to the virtual venue and all conference sessions, networking and exhibition areas.
