Giampiero Goretti is Head of Energy Management and Decarbonization at Aeroporti di Roma (ADR), where he leads the energy strategy to achieve carbon neutrality at the airport facilities. He also coordinates the development of innovative infrastructure and decarbonization programs, contributing to the sustainable transformation of the airport system. With over 20 years of experience in the energy sector, he has held leadership roles at ENGIE, Api-IP Oil Group, and International Power plc. He has been actively involved in the boards of energy industry associations, contributing to institutional dialogue and the development of energy policies, as well as in teaching activities as a visiting lecturer at universities and business schools. He is the author of international scientific publications in the fields of wind and hydroelectric energy.
