With nearly four decades of experience in aviation, I’ve held various positions at British Airways and Heathrow Airport, all typically related to transformation. My background includes roles in both Technology and key business areas. Over the past eight years as Head of Innovation at Heathrow, I have concentrated on spotting business opportunities, designing and testing concepts for implementation, and supporting Heathrow’s aim to become an extraordinary, future-ready airport. My duties cover Passenger, Baggage, Airside, and Surface access operations.
