As the Head of Innovation at ADR, I’m currently engaged in developing the Innovation Strategy of ADR, managing international partnerships and scouting top-tier startups for ADR’s accelerator program and evaluating potential venture capital investments through ADR Ventures. Besides that, I am focused on AI, Automation & Robotics projects to increase operational efficiency and our customer experience, shaping the airport of the future.
Prior to this, I worked in the strategic planning team of Doctolib, a prominent European e-health unicorn. Preceding my time at Doctolib, I honed my expertise during nearly three years in strategy consulting, cultivating a strong foundation in driving strategic excellence and innovation.
