Aeronautical Technical Engineer from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, Master and Doctorate (PhD) in Aerospace Sciences and Technologies from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia.

César currently works as Project Manager in the airport sector for AENA, leading R&D projects in the field of airports and supporting the Implementation of the Strategic Innovation Plans in the company. He has participated as PM in multiple airport projects in Spain and other countries. Regarding Urban Air Mobility, César is leading a WP in EUREKA project that aims to develop a solution for Vertiport Collaborative Traffic Management and also manages the participation in OperA project, related with IAM integration.
