As the Airfield & Air Traffic Product Director at Manchester Airport Group, he spearheads key initiatives in airfield and air traffic digitisation and optimisation and developing a strategic vision to span the next 20 to 25 years.
Previously, Graeme played a pivotal role at easyJet, where he served as Head of Ground Operations and Head of Customer Service. During his tenure, he led ground-breaking innovations, including the launch of the world’s largest automated bag drop facility, while significantly improving on-time performance and customer satisfaction.
